THE STUDIO / 03

Local by nature. Personal by design.

An Austin-based practice built on careful listening, clear communication, and relationships that last beyond installation.

ATX Smart Homes team discussing plans inside a modern home

One partner.
Every step.

ATX Smart Homes brings an owner-led approach to residential and light commercial technology. From the first conversation to the final detail — and the support that follows — you have a single point of contact who understands the whole picture.

We believe the most successful systems begin with people, not products. We listen, collaborate with your team, and create something that belongs in your space.

How we work
ATX Smart Homes team walking through a glass-walled room during a site survey, reviewing equipment locations

Walked first.
Then walked again.

Every project starts on site, not in a catalog. We study the drawings with your architect and builder, mark where every keypad, screen, and speaker will live, and map coverage for network, lighting, and shades while the walls are still open.

Decisions made at this stage are simple; decisions made after drywall are not. So we keep walking the space with your team until every question has an answer.

Our process

Tested here.
Quiet in your home.

Nothing is installed until it has been set up and run in-house first. Every processor, keypad, and speaker is configured and verified on the bench, so surprises happen in our shop — never in your living room.

On site we commission room by room, then hand the home back only after we've walked it with you and everything simply works.
